BENEFITS OF EATING RAW FOOD

At first the question comes, what is raw food? If you don’t know about it. I know a lot about raw foods because I have been Eating Raw them for many years. Well it is a fundamental principle of war foodism , which is also known as calledrawism. Raw food is the eatable plants and animal or parts of animal in their most natural state in uncooked condition, ideally foods which is full of nutrition and very good for health. This can bring some people to a challenge today due to the fact that it can be hard to get newer and more effective ideas for dishes. And  those who eat raw food are known as raw foodism.

So the raw food plan consists of eating certain Raw Food. Some of these foods include raw fruits and vegetable, spices, root vegetables, nuts and seeds. The diet also allows you to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices. The foods that are consumed are uncooked so that its natural vitamins, essential minerals and other vital elements that are necessary for the overall proper functioning of the healthy body.

We all know that a healthy diet needs to consist of ample portions of fruits and vegetables. “An apple a day keeps the doctor away,” so to speak. This also includes fresh nuts and seeds as well. But that is exactly why we are encouraged to eat these fresh foods? What are the advantages of these died? How it is going to help us to maintain good health? Well I have all the answer of the above questions.

  1. 1.    We are living organisms and fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds are live food! The thing about it, a cooked seed won’t grow, but a raw seed will. Those raw and living nutrients are what we should strive to fuel our bodies with. Cooking foods reduce much if not all of its inherent value.
  2. 2.     The natural enzymes of raw food help our body to digest or process more efficiently. They also contain a good balance of water, fiber and nutrients which are easily accessible to your body’s digestive system.
  3. 3.    Vitamins, minerals and nutrients are readily available to our body. Our caveman ancestors didn’t have a family doctor or trainer to help them to being active. They ate uncooked raw vegetable and animals meet which they hunted.
  4. 4.    These foods when consumed help to lower cholesterol and glucose levels which in turn help to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
  5. 5.    It increases our energy levels and decreases stress levels. Our skin begins to be healthy and glow with vitality.

Our population is becoming obese day by day because our diets consist of primarily processed foods or un-natural foods, as well as sedentary lifestyle due to the lack of energy and nutrition that these diets actual offer.
