Why raw food diet is better than normal diet

At first those who don’t know about raw food diet, I want to give a short introduction for them. Well it is a fundamental principle of raw foodies’, which is also calledrawism. Raw food is the eatable plants in its most natural state in uncooked condition, ideally organic foods (sometimes called live or living food) which is full of nutrition and really good for health. This diet is also abundant in protein; it can give 40g of protein per day, which is more than enough to meet our needs, even with daily exercise. It drops body temperature.

It keeps the blood pressure in good line and blood sugar also remains incredibly steady and consistent. This diet is not acidic, so it keeps on the alkaline side. It enhances our body’s ability to prevent and fight diseases, especially chronic diseases. It also helps in losing weight and many more benefits we get by consuming raw food. So if you are a healthy adult who likes to prepare food but not necessarily cook and you have no problems giving up meat or dairy, the raw food diet might be for you, and if u have a specific reason for going raw can make the diet so much more effective and fun too.
